Why did Nick and Matt create Resolve? 

To do things better — to make an impact on an industry that has lacked a service-orientated player for too long.

With years of industry experience behind him, Nick is well-versed in the business — and what some of the leading companies aren’t getting right. Having teamed up with good friend and recruitment expert Matt, they saw a gap in the marketplace for a more human-led and service-orientated approach to equipment hire. They also want to create new opportunities for driven individuals and build a company that rewards hard work and results.

With ambitious global expansion plans, they’re looking to create success stories for their customers, and team, along the way.
